Return Policy:

  • Summer Camp: The non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be returned only if we cannot place the camper in the program of her choice, or if illness or injury prevents her from attending.  If you need to cancel placement, for reasons other than injury or illness, please notify GSEP as soon as possible.  The camp fee (minus deposit) will be refunded only if a notice of cancellation is received at least 278 days before the camp program begins.  If injury or illness prevents a camper from attending camp, the fee will be refunded in the camp or Girl Scout office is notified before the day she is to arrive.  All refund requests must be in writing and accompanied by a doctor’s note.  No refund will be made to campers who leave before the camp program ends due to camper illness, behavior problems, homesickness, etc.
  • Training: Training fees are non-refundable for no-shows.  Refunds for participant cancellations will only be processed if you notify us seven business days prior to the training date.  In the event of a personal emergency, a credit toward another session will be processed if you notify us within 24 hours of the training date.
  • Programs: All notifications of cancellations and reductions in numbers must be in writing.  Mail or email your changes no later than five weeks before the program, allowing the registrar time to notify troops who may be on the waiting list.  No refunds will be made if cancellations are less than five weeks prior to the event.  This includes any reduction in numbers of participants.  GSEP reserves the right to cancel an event due to insufficient registration, act of nature, or another reason beyond their control.  In the event of program cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
