E-Council User Set-up
 If you are a current leader (registered as the "01") or service unit manager and have not yet received your username and password to access the E-council Membership System, please fill out the information below to request set-up. Once your information is verified, you will be e-mailed your username and password to access the system.

 

Note: This process can take up to six weeks. Please be patient.

Only one leader per troop will be given a password. No exceptions.
